COMPLAINTS
Fair Trade Bureau's Compliance group will investigate complaints made by buyers against a Seal Member for violation of its standards.

RESOLUTION PROCESS
BUYERS: Only file complaints if you have not been able to resolve the matter with the Seller. If you are unable to resolve the matter, firstly verify the Selllers's Certification by clicking on the seal displayed on their Website. You can then make your complaint using the form provided on the Seller's Certification page.
